What is the delivery time of my order?

When you order from Maison Le Veyra, delivery times may be slightly different from what you’re used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to high demand, your order may arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If the delivery period has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at info@maisonleveyra.com and we will look into it for you.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To return an item, contact our customer service at info@maisonleveyra.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000), and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and confirm your return. After that, you can send the product back using a courier of your choice.

What are the return costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Costs depend on the courier you choose. Please check your courier’s website for pricing.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

You have a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your item. You can only return the item if: the return period has not expired, the product is in its original packaging with all tags attached, and the product has not been used.

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

This shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@maisonleveyra.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at info@maisonleveyra.com. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000), and the reason for cancellation.
